RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - ACMILAN BEST - 05-26-2011 I think we should get Sandro too. He will be better then Van Bommel. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - shegs - 05-26-2011 Pastore to Milan, thoughts anyone? RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Gabriel426 - 05-26-2011 I really don't think Zamp will sell to Milan. Sandro will be great and I have been saying Milan should grab him as Spurs is selling. Regarding Slowdorf and Boateng, I am 100% sure Max, aka the coach will start Boateng over Slowdorf any day according to their play this season, if that's not the case, Slowdorf won't be demanding the first team status.... to the point where Max said he will most likely be the 12th starter. So that's the end of that debate. Sadly, as of this moment, Slowdorf is the only creative midfielder left in Milan. Hopefully that won't be the case comes next season, or Milan will once again fail in CL. Even with Slowdorf, I do think Milan needs 2 more WC midfielder to compete in CL. We already have Ambro and Boateng for central DM and Gattuso Flamini for right DM. If we want to add another DM, Flamini should be sold first. We have only Seedorf now who is 35 years old! RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Gabriel426 - 05-26-2011 I have a strong feeling Gattuso is leaving. While the DM spot is really between Ambro and MVB. If Sandro comes, he can play in the DM spot as well as a Box to box mid. Not a bad option to have. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - Aficio - 05-26-2011 http://www.rossoneriblog.com/2011/05/26/milan-and-hamsik-berlusconi-is-the-first-step/ BERSLUSCONI has given his permission to start the pursuit to acquire Hamsik. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Silvio Berlusconi has given his consent to Adriano Galliani to acquire Marek Hamsik. A rumored amount of €30 Million could bring the Slovakian to Milan. The skillful Slovakian has been linked to every big club possible since last summer. Yet Napoli has been able to persuade Hamsik to stay. But now it seems like the Rossoneri will be able to pry him away from Naples. Massimiliano Allegri has recently been doting on the young Slovakian on his great tactical skills and footwork. Though Napoli has denied that no offer has come from Milan or any other team, it seems any moment now Gallaini will approach the city of Naples to begin negations. €30 Million could bring Hamsik to Milan, as we wait and see what Galliani has up his sleeves to bring the Slovakian to Milan. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I don't like his hair, earings and tattoos, but I like the way he plays, more than Pastore, Ganso or even Fabregas. I even like his hair and his earrings and tattoos and everything. But it's not what really matters. I think he suits Milan. Oh, just give me Hamsik and Hernanes and i would happily call it a day. RE: Summer Mercato 2011 - ACMILAN1983 - 05-26-2011 I think Hamsik and Asamoah are looking more and more likely, and I'd be really pleased if they're the two to come. Asamoah's ability going forward are often underrated, he's not as creative as Seedorf, but definitely has great technique and can pick some good passes, while Hamsik's definitely more of a creative nature, though still isn't a playmaker per se. I think this is what Allegri wants though. It's interesting to note that since he joined I don't think a single playmaker has come in, with Pirlo's role diminishing and Seedorf being forced to play less of a playmaker role and more of a 2-way midfielder role. Also, even in the traditional playmaker role behind the forwards, Allegri's opted to use Boateng, a player with a strong pressing game who will move up to form an attacking trio rather than sit in behind the attacking line and create. In essence, I think Allegri's system doesn't have playmakers. You have creative forwards (Ibra, Cassano, Robinho and of late even Pato) and dynamic midfielders who can push forward (Seedorf and Flamini mostly this season, with hopefully Asamoah and Hamsik next year), but definitely there's no player in the side that will dictate our forward play like a playmaker. Funny thing though, Allegri was a pure trequartisa in hid old days .I just have one issue, with Hamsik coming and taking the CAM spot..we need to get another left creative midfielder (Sedoorf type of players) cuz in all honesty with Hamsik,MVBommel,Boateng and Flamini we lack creativity for CL. We have what it needs to retain possession but we would lack the final pass. One would argue that we will be more direct and have faster game, and i agree. However in this case Ibra is a liability, we need to field Pato and Robinho to complete that direct way of playing. Ibra always finds it difficult to adapt to any system, in a same way. He really played more than good this year, though. I know he's a hard guy to love, but I have to give him some serious credit for this Scudetto. |
