Fassone's reaction to palotta is already on pornhub. These comments really reassured me about our finances tho, being 120m in debt isn't bad!

Worth a read...

Simply put, the Chinese government are looking to impose ruling to limit/prevent spending in a number of industries, including football. Obviously the impact this could have on Yonghong Li could be very worrying news.

For now it's best to wait and see what all this actually is before making any conclusions.

Many important and reliable sources (Pagni and Campopiano) have commented on this and said that this clearly does not mention clubs that are already owned by Chinese investors. It mentions restrictions for new acquisitions of sports clubs not existing ones.

It most likely does not affect us in our situation and even if it does, if you remember we had a plan B and plan C in case the restrictions were applied and the club's complete purchase was done using their plan C, which was in the case that the restrictions were applied. All the money we current have and are spending is while the restrictions are applied.

For a brief period the restrictions were removed (last 2 months) but it seems that now it has returned. If it gets removed it will only be an advantage, but if it's applied to us, everything will return to our original plan at time of buying. I cannot see how this can hurt our finances yet.

http://www.football-italia.net/108862/fassone-milan-buys-calculated-risk

“In a worst-case scenario, because a lot of fans and shareholders have been asking me this, it means that in October next year, the owners of Milan will be Elliott.

“This is really the worst case but, just to ensure, the future of the club is not in the fog. No, 99% we will go ahead with Mr Li and we hope our project will be successful. But in the worst case, be relaxed because Elliott are not ‘desperados’ – it is one of the biggest hedge funds in the world that could keep the club or resell it. They would have paid only €300m, which is a very low price, and they can make business, which is their job.

Read that earlier, though tbh it's all stuff that's known.

Did anyone see this? https://www.football-italia.net/111763/berlusconi-%E2%80%98milan-have-financial-problems%E2%80%99

If it's true, then we are royally screwed, I think.
