If Robinho off and Pato stays, then Tevez could be our target if Mancini still doesn't want him. If not I will pick one of Balotelli-Dzeko (I will pick Balo if the coach is really sure that he can handle Balotelli) since one of City's striker might leave if not two (if they get 1 big name striker). Other striker is Kingsley since he could play as second striker. We have Ibra and Pato as target man and Cassano+Balo as second striker.

Lukaku aint ready, he should go on loan to a Belgian or Dutch team, I dont think he 's even ready for a lower Premier League team.

its not pato and robinho were replacing, its pippo and robinho..
id go for tevez and balo, tevez and dzeko or tevez and jovetic.
