Comparing Honda to Menez it is clear Honda suits more to Mihajlovic's tactic if we talk about trequartista position. Mihajlovic wants his player help to defend all the time even he is a striker. It is clear to see that Honda was always in midfield helping to close the space or chase the ball when we were attacked, meanwhile Menez did it only a couple of times.
I see Menez would play when we really want to get goals since he adds not so much to our collective defense.

Unless Menez change his playing style..he won't suit to Mihajlovic's system..
Just look at the build up to 2nd Goal VS Perugia..If it was Menez..he won't give through pass to Adriano..Instead, he will Dribble solo to the Perugia penalty box then shoot (After he received flick pass from Bacca)...

Maybe Miha will succeed to change Menez into a real football player and not the egocentric one he is and has always been ... But for that, Menez also has to become a real man and no more a little dickhead thinking he's the boss.
Not really optimistic on this one !!
If Miha succeeds : then he will have a hell of a player (because Menez has talent). If he fails, I'm quite sure he will be gone before the 31st of January 2016 !!

Basically, apparently some players aren't happy about Mihajlovic's public comments and some of the issues they apparently have, such as him supposedly singling out individuals, uncertainty around tactics and choice of some individuals (i.e. Nocerino and Suso starting vs Empoli).
My view is any players with these issues should be bitch slapped in public and told to stfu and start performing before anything they say can be taken seriously. Or just gtfo the club.

Well Paolo Belrusconi, Galliani and I think even Silvio have said in the last week or so that they are with Sinisa so I think the player's complaining won't do much here thankfully. As for Nocerino and Suso- I think it was one of two things.
Either Miha wanted to be totally convinced that they were non-starters or maybe he was giving them a runabout so someone would be interested in buying/loaning them respectively. In any case, the players have nothing to dow ith team selection and they better put their head down and get to working.
I can understand a Scduetto winning team complaining about changes but this bunch don't even deserve the club car that they are given.

I agree, if they've done something useful then they can speak up, but given how they've performed, they just have no footing on which to complain. It's been denied in today's press conference, I'm more interested in seeing it on the pitch tomorrow evening.

It wont matter.The squad is poor made up of mostly players that come from midtable or lower clubs bar a few exceptions.They get midtable results then people get pissed.A new coach wont change the fact that this is a very very limited squad only capable of comfortably staying in Serie A
