interesting thing i found, last season after the first half of the season we had the exact same amount of points.. we always usually perform 10x better in the second half of the season..
FIRST HALF OF THE 2010-2011 SEASON - 40 POINTS
12 wins - 4 draws - 3 defeats
34 goals for - 17 against
SECOND HALF OF THE 2010-2011 SEASON - 82 POINTS
12 wins - 6 draws - 1 defeat
31 goals for - 7 against
FIRST HALF OF THE 2011-2012 SEASON - 40 POINTS
12 wins - 4 draws - 3 defeats
40 goals for - 17 against
That is extremely reassuring. Everything is identical to how it was last year, only that we have actually scored 6 more goals. Not surprising seeing Ibra's form and the fact that our midfielders are getting more goals. The problem is that evidently we have more competition this year than last.
Reassuring?

the 40 points we got last season, is the lowest number of points any winter-champion team has earnt in Serie A by mid-way season in recent years.... and we matched that this year.... having a much stronger team than our competitors one would think we would be thrashing and owning the league...

Merkel was an emergency move because of the injuries in midfield ... Now he's injured, Montolivo could be another emergency move. Finally, "thanks to" the injuries, our management is maybe going to do what was needed from the start ?!

Galliani confirmed that Maxi Lopez should become a Milan player, and if it's not tomorrow, it's going to be in July. He said that tomorrow at 19, something will happen, the player will be Argentinian, and his name ends by Z ... Funny Galliani !!
He also said the things some people claimed here he would say: Maxi Lopez is a champion, he played in River Plate, Barcelona, and he played in the game we lost in Milan against Barcelona when Giuly scored ... Galliani will never change !!
On TMW, you can read here and there that Maxi Lopez and Tevez will both arrive because Inzaghi isn't a useful player for Allegri, Cassano can't be counted, and Pato is always injured. So for them, in CL, our main strikers will be Ibra, Robinho and Maxi Lopez, El Sharaawy could be used if needed + Pato depending on his condition, and in Serie A, Tevez will be there to rest one of these players and El Sharaawy will get some minutes in some games to keep developping ...
That actually makes sense, but if it's the way it happens, and if Pato is unable to gain a starting spot again (in Serie A or in CL), he will be sold for sure ...

Yes. If Galliani can be trusted, he did set the 'deadline' as today. I am not that sure though.
I will just wait until 1/31.

well if im not mistaken wasnt that man galli was speaking to today for at least a good half hour i mean they showed a clip of him talking to the guy then still talking to him almost before the half tiem break, wasn't that lazios president? maybe a quick negotiation:O
