Adriano Galliani, August 2010

"Either Ibrahimovic or Robinho will arrive. Certainly not both."

I think everyone here has to start putting as much trust in Galliani's words as they would for TMW. He's dishonest and apparently enjoys playing games with the media. His statements in the press are immature and annoying and I became sick of his antics since the summer before we got 'dinho.

But at the end of the day, he does his job well, so we have to live with him if we are Milan fans. But everyone here should stop listening to anything this guys says.

Okmilan good one. I think Galliani is using Maxi Lopez to put pressure on City. I do believe that it is possible for us to get both. Galliani had done that before to Vieri and Giladino in the summer of 2005 which ends with us buying both.

Yes.

But Galliani knows Berlusconi does not want to spent money the way he used to. Instead of communicating that, he would rather lie over and over. Yes, the fine did hurt us, and I hold Berlusconi 100% responsible for having to pay €500 Million for doing Illegal Business Deals through Fininvest. That fine is nearly 1/8 of his Net Worth, keep in Mind.

As for the lies,

Lie # 1:
Galliani:
"Cissokho will not arrive. There was a problem with his teeth....and he did not pass the medical. We're fine as we are"

Lie # 2:

Galliani:
"We have Mister X. We've been working on it since April..." (nothing happens)... We sign Aquilani.
"We have signed Mister X. It was Aquilani all along..."

6 months go by......

Raiola:
"Hamsik was Mister X. When Fininvest had the Fine, they didn't do anything after that.."

Lie # 3:
Galliani:
"Tevez will arrive as a replacement for Cassano..." ( in Brazil taking pictures with Tevez smiling like a dick)....
Don't ask me why it's in Brazil ... Tevez is from Argentina.

Suddenly, Pato to PSG rumors... 45 Million Euros!!!! Then the offer is 27 Million, and we strangely accept. Although we're in UCL still and the price seems far too cheap. Last minute reports say Pato has refused to go to PSG, then next day .....
Berlusconi:
"That's a lie Pato refused. I was the one that blocked the trade... And by the way, since Pato's staying now Tevez won't arrive. We're fine as we are .."

In addition to the mountain of lies that the Media allows our management to go along with (they never question the lying chain of events), the continual move to buy Forwards when we have huge holes in midfield and LB is annoying the fans to a degree I've never seen.

Yes, these issues are always galling. Our management is irredeemably corrupt and mendacious.

It sucks.

Regarding "Lie # 2"... It's interesting to see how people suddenly thinks that Raiola's words are the genuine truth.

True... we should really expand our stadium to get more revenue :/ I mean, it's one of the bigger concerns in Italy; our stadiums are too small. You can twist and turn all you like but this makes us lose:
- Subscription money
- Food and drink money
- Impulse purchases from the Milan store on gameday
- Higher fees for people to sell food in the stands
- Sponsor fees
