it is not a forum secret that I am fully against a tevez signing. I believe that hye might bring too much ego to the dressing room, something we cannot have with more stars in the team already. No, not tevez thank you. I still think that we should invest more in midfield.

Milan is not a little "back-bush hurry-come-up" club like Man Shitty where they are "frightened" by stars... his ego, if he comes to milan, will be like dwarfed when compared to the others present and past... he will be basically fighting for scraps and a place in a respectable club which is bigger than any one player!!!Okmilan

Gianluca Di Marzio: Maxi Lopez is still in Catania, waiting for tomorrow's meeting between
Lomonaco and Galliani to know if he is signing for Milan or not
I hope this news is true, so that we can put the misery of this Tevez to Milan saga behind. Its absolutely painful that players like Tevez, Ganso, Neymer etc are linked with AC Milan, instead of the likes of De Rossi, Ozil, Torres, Erriksson etc

RE: Winter Mercato 11'/12' - mihan - 01-23-2012

When I heard the Tevez news last year I thought he'd come to eventually replace Ibra, then somebody said he's here for Cassano, then Pato. ATM he isn't worth more than a quality midfielder say M'villa, but since this saga is very unique and too big to lose for many, I always sense something revolutionary. It can be more than a player. Tevez could become as useful a noun as Bosman, the football world can eventually shift to NBA model... For il Milan it's like "the king gives a good funeral to his horse and all horse raisers come to sell" story. We all know how Galliani was pissed on Dzeko's case, he wants this reputation back.

I just read this no truth hopefully....

Milan, not only Muntari Montolivo: Chivu is also for the summer

In case of non-renewal with Inter Milan should be firmly on Christian Chivu. The Rossoneri are watching with interest to the players in the system to release in June, said Sky and so I am ready to get even Riccardo Montolivo and Cesare Natali from Fiorentina, with Milan that continues to consider also the name of midfielder Muntari Suley , the median African Inter always in force.

This made me laugh , poor guy http://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%23noMaxi

And this http://www.sportmediaset.mediaset.it/mercato/mercato/articoli/75675/il-milan-blocca-maxi-lopez.shtml

Now if it does come down to signing (if I don't well hope it doesn't ) Montolivo , Muntari , Chivu , Natali , Mesbah , Maxi not all would come although Mesbah is here..those to me are signing's a team with very limited budget desperately trying to make it into the CL.Not a team that has won it 7 times and is in it year in and year out.Don't you think.

RE: Winter Mercato 11'/12' - Gabriel426 - 01-23-2012

Those players are fine additions, if you have a starting LB in Marcelo or Lahm, your top CBs being Silva, Luiz and Nesta, a starting midfield of Hernanes, Cesc, Xavi and Boateng with a strike force of Ibra, Kun and Kaka.

RE: Winter Mercato 11'/12' - Jay Crisp - 01-23-2012

They are fine additions to a strong squad Def , Mid , Forwards..But we are looking to replace to Zambro , Nesta , Seedorf , Ambro , Rino , Pippo , Yepes hopefully in the next year or so although realistically that prob won't happen.
And that wouldn't cut it TBH IMO.

It's unrealistic to expect to have Kun , Cesc, Lahm , Luiz .But Tevez , Hernanes , a good LB Monty and a push for DDR is not.Now I fully don't expect Chivu or Muntari they are train wrecks. But Natali Mesbah Maxi are mid table Europa league type of players.

Yip looks like a Maxi spring http://www.football-italia.net/node/14934.Hello mediocrity , that's a bit much but with the kind of players we have been signing it is heading that way..Maxi , Aquilani , Noce , Mesbah , Mexes , Urby , Taiwo these are good hands squad players but not players to challenge on all fronts...sure Ibra Robinho came and Boateng has been great but nothing to get excited about , remember those days when Ibra and Robinho signed I miss those the excitment the jizzing haha

At least both are Argentine Smile By the way, never heard of Lisandro recently after his sensation first season with Lyon.

RE: Winter Mercato 11'/12' - Jay Crisp - 01-23-2012

Just looks him up there Zeekay goal every 2 games well slightly better , but I too have not heard a peep about him.He cost them 24 million and a further 4 on add on's But I have not even seen much of him for Lyon in Europe.

RE: Winter Mercato 11'/12' - Vulli - 01-23-2012

As reported by Corriere dello Sport this morning, Milan coach Allegri is asking from Galliani to sign Montolivo on this transfer window so Milan could close the deal with Fiorentina before the 31 of January .
Mediaset journalist, Paul Bargiggia spoke of the negotiations Tevez-Milan:
"The player wants the Rossoneri at any cost, the PSG deal is off and the Argentine striker is ready to sue Man City for mobbing they do not allow him to leave to Milan. "Galliani is ready to another offensive , "Surely the next week will be crucial to understand better how this deal will end."
As reported by Sky Sport 24, Maxi Lopez (27), Catania striker, arrived this morning in Milan. Even in the day, there should be the official statement of Lopez in Rosonero: Maxi Lopez may already play in the Cup match against Lazio on Thursday.
The Rossoneri, however, do not give up on Tevez and are expecting important news from Carlitos Tevez agent today, Kia Joorabchian is expected in the English town for a face to face with the managers of Citizens.
