Official no bottled water at Milanello as the weekly cost per bottle is deemed to high for Milan.They initially wanted to loan the bottled water with an option to buy ,but after deciding against that option water companys were discusted when they got back bottles of piss.

Shakhtar warning for absentees
Shakhtar Donetsk have warned six players who have refused to return to the troubled city they may face sanctions for being absent without permission.
The players - Alex Teixeira, Fred, Dentinho, Douglas Costa, Facundo Ferreyra and Ismaily - decided against flying back to Ukraine following Saturday's friendly against Lyon in France because of concerns over the conflict which is raging in the region.
Donetsk is currently controlled by pro-Russian rebels, with the Ukrainian army attempting to regain control of the city. As a result Shakhtar are not allowed to play matches at their home stadium at present.
Yet club president Rinat Akhmetov insists the six absentees have nothing to fear other than a club punishment if they fail to return to the country.
He told the club's website: " Players have contracts that they have to abide by. If they do not come, I think, they will be the first to suffer.
"Each of them has a minimum release clause, which is tens of millions of euros. If someone wants to reduce this amount by a million, then such a decision is our right. There won't be a clearance sale!
"Hopefully, the mind and heart will prevail over misunderstanding, and the players will not follow temptation and fear. Especially since there is nothing to fear.
"We are ready to provide security. We will not take risks and in any case we won't bring players to dangerous places ."
The Ukrainian Football Federation has yet to decide where Shakhtar will play their home matches, with the new season to begin this weekend.

Gosh, I wish I am a Real fan, last year Bale and this year James( who is becoming one of my fav., since the WC).
James is probably the best true #10 since Kaka and could be the best #10 since Zizou.

Not only James, but also Toni Kroos, one of the top players in his position too. I mean, that team is stacked beyond belief these days. Even guys like Isco, Di Maria and Varane, who would have been the cornerstone pieces on most elite teams across the globe are finding little room to play. Meanwhile, at Milan....well, let's not even talk about it any more. Too depressing.

It is a shitty feeling , I was hoping for Vrsaljko Baselli Iturbe/Griezman , and just like Ibra Binho I would of been so so happy.Watching other sides like Sassuolo Inter signing good player makes it such the reality of how far off Juve Roma Napoli we are.Then you have the elite clubs.Sure a team can win with a good side and great work ethic , but we do not have a good side.We have a mediocre team made up of mis-fits free transfers and begging.

Some will say its a good team , well it isnt .Bad Midfield no creativity , slow CB's Poor RB good LB but he must always cut back on his right foot.A BAD GK.A sulker and lazy player in Balotelli Menez too and SES well he has it all to prove but he's the brightest spot for me.BENCH not even worth mentioning.Now when I say its average team I mean it wont struggle against lesser sides or the likes of Torino Parma etc... but against Juve Napoli Inter Roma Fiorentina even Lazio I wouldnt be confident.And playing only a game a week doesn't make an average side good.Look at Inter they weren't great last year but with Vidic a full Hernanes year M'Vila they will be a good deal better.
We need to stregnhten and now , because next year with no UCL money sales will happen , and if we go a 2nd year you can bet that some of Balotelli SES DES Rami Menez (if they perform well) will be gone.Even Cristante who I think will be very good , and if Mastour plays like he has been pre season will no doubt have Real Barca sniffing around.The next season it vital.But for Berlu Galliani Barbara to say things like Milan must get back on top , must get to the UCL , now is the summer of resurgence...they sure as hell ain't doing anything about it.

Some news. Cruzeiro have said they are after Robinho permanently (no MLS in this case) and rumours are Romulo would come if he's sold:

One option other than 4-3-3 would be 4-4-2, where one of Menez or SES would be used on one wing with Poli on the other to offer balance. Balotelli and Pazzini could then be used together.
While not likely to be used frequently, another option is 4-2-3-1 to let Menez and SES play together.
