The Tevez deal all but confirmed that Berlusconi isn't going to spend anything on the team. "The 5 WC attackers in the squad" excuse was all BS.
We don't have 5, because Cassano is out for the whole season.
It's all kind of embarrassing, also because we told Tevez to not accept offers from other clubs and wait until we settle the deal with City.

Well ok, so Tevez isn't coming. It might actually be for the best, all things considered. His arrival would have meant that we'd be giving up on the CL this year, having only Ibra and Robinho available for the tournament, and that would have been a terrible decision by Milan. And Pato is still so young that it's impossible to say how he will do in the future. I hate the idea of seeing Tevez in an Inter shirt, which is what will happen now, but on the other hand, he is a troublemaker who will hopefully cause some problems in their dressing room.
And I do think Galliani's stance is admirable. Considering what happened to Cassano, I think it's awesome that Milan stands behind him instead of cynically replacing him with another player.

True that. Still, I wont be all that surprised if finally Tevez joins Milan in a few days..

I'm hoping PSG up there offer in the next 2-3 days to something Berlusconi can't resist. Because if we decide to sell Pato in the summer, the perfect striker to replace him will already be at Inter, our competitors.... Missing Tevez is almost as bad as the day Kaka left... I was so happy we finally got another world class striker to partner Ibra (or even take over from Ibra).... this is depressing.

Galliani just confirmed Tevez is not coming to Milan.
Also, Berlusconi blocked the sale of Pato, apparently last second. Very Shady Story.
All of us should now learn from this. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Enough with these pipe dreams of Eriksen, Ganso, Tevez, Neymar, or whoever else....
Berlusconi was fined over 500 Million Euros, and I promise you no one is coming. Between this and Mister X, it's been an embarrassment for this club.

That can only happen if Man$tty have absolutely no other options. They definitely wouldn't want to keep Tevez past the transfer window and pay his wages while he doesn't play.
Inter actually need a player like him and can settle a deal at a lower price now that Galliani said that we are pulling out.
Same with PSG, they couldn't get Pato, so now they can go for Tevez and probably table the best offer both for City and for Tevez.
