I'd rather get the best player than the cheapest player.
If Tonali requests a move, then maybe the price can be negotiated. It's always hard to keep players against their will.
Tonali alone won't fix us, but he would be a fantastic signing on our way back to the top (of Serie A at least).

Casadaei has very little experience above English Championship level. Still not convinced of how good he really is or can be. A move to Monza would probably be good for him to get playing time and grow.
