and Verratti will never come to Milan not even in dream, he is so much integrated in that club that PSG looks absolutely immobile without him and when we are forced to bring players on dry loan, you expect us to spend 100M on a single player 
and Dembele can't survive a fucking strong wind without getting injured.If I have to spend big on player this summer, I will go for Anthony of Ajax.

no, if we win league or strongly compete this year, we can get him
loan? if cl next year with donna selling, we can do in the market
that's the point. get him a 2 years loan with installments later for a 50?

If we make the CL we can restart another 'fantasy' thread
If we make CL I am sure management will make right investments but that doesn't mean more than 1 or max 2 big players. I will be very surprised if this current team makes the CL and management radically alter the players that got to CL. For example RW will be upgraded, one or two other positions too.

Everton isn't that good.
Verratti and Dembele are out of reach and either would cost stupid money to convince their clubs to sell. Would love Dembele but just not realistic.
Making it to UCL doesn't magically make FFP disappear.
