RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - reza - 10-04-2016 Han Li: I am a Milan fan since I was a kid. The club doors are open for all legends who wish to cooperate with us. We will insert great players in the positions that are needed. RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - ACMILAN1983 - 10-04-2016 Gazzetta's got quite a bit of news on the takeover today, as well as the interview with Han Li. http://www.football-italia.net/92458/mystery-over-milan-ownership http://www.football-italia.net/92457/han-li-%E2%80%98chinese-will-make-milan-great%E2%80%99 RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - am I Milan enough? - 10-04-2016 Fassone already submitted offer to Paolo, probably as GM, awaiting his reply now acc to source.. Come home Paolo. RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - ACMILAN1983 - 10-04-2016 I've posted a bunch of links to discuss in the management thread here: http://www.milanmania.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=921&pid=103871#pid103871 RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - reza - 10-10-2016 TMW running a story that says Guangdong Huaxing Bank is part of take over consortium, not really sure if a bank's involvement is a headline grabbing news though. Anybody buying Milan will be financing it somehow or another, even if he/she is one person and is a multibillionaire. RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - reza - 10-13-2016 Some names linked with the consortium: 1) TCL Corporation 2) The Chinese State via China Huarong, an asset management group. 3) China Construction Bank 4) Ping An insurance 5) Baoshang Bank 6) China Merchant Bank of Guangdong I checked and found these 1) Revenue US$16.44 billion (2014). In 2013, it was third-largest television producer by market share. 2) Revenue CN¥75.4 billion (2015) .One of the four asset management companies that the Government of China established in response to the 1997 Asian financial crisis. 3) Revenue CN¥397.09 billion (2011). Second largest bank in China. 4) Revenue US$ 64.5 Billion (2012) 5) Not much info in English that I can find 6) As of 2015, it ranks third of all Chinese companies for net cash and equivalents with the amount being over 117% of its market capital. RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - sylrus - 10-14-2016 i have heard of tcl but never expect them to be this big, i thought they are just some small local crap companies, not this big international company. lol RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - ACMILAN1983 - 10-14-2016 Looking at the names and numbers, it seems you're talking about massive investors coming into Milan, something that Fininvest/Berlusconi don't even come close to. RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - am I Milan enough? - 10-14-2016 Not familiar with those names.. but Im aware some Chinese companies though not internationally well known, are huge locally since the market is so big. RE: Venting, sell the club, etc. thread - nefremo - 10-14-2016 I wonder if we'll see some huge advertisement deals take place. Chinese companies are big enough to enter any market, but for some reason i don't think they've been able to do it as much as they would like to. Also, if Milan is listed on the stock market, I definitely expect some big commercial deals to raise the revenues and in turn obviously the value of the stock. It's an unnatural way to raise the revenue, but not illegal. Immagine that the club is listed on the stock market and the share prices are according to today's value and ability to generate revenue. Than, within a year our revenue goes up by 100/150/200 mil because of commercial deals with basically our "owners". That will do wonders for the price of the shares. It's one of the ways that these investors can make a lot of money fairly quickly. |
