RE: Summer Mercato - nefremo - 07-10-2014 It looks like we have ZERO money for transfers. I read that they spend a fortune there. The baldie probably gets a big kickback from every meal. ![]() (07-10-2014, 01:21 PM)Gio-mania Wrote: Essien moving to Turkey? The cherry on top is that we could even make some money on his sale, with reports saying something like 4 million. didn't Essien reject the turkey move? what a chicken he is if true. The restaurant is called Giannino. Kaladze was the owner, not sure if he is anymore though. Wow. Just when you didn't think we could get any cheaper...
RE: Summer Mercato - Graeme_C - 07-10-2014 the curva attack Galliani, http://www.rossoneriblog.com/2014/07/10/curva-always-the-same-galliani-pursues-his-own-interests/? Any other company and Galliani would be gone. Best news this summer would be to get rid of him. We are looking to be 4/5th place next year, without a number of signings I cant see how we can compete.. Galliani has dug a massive hole, without money from Berlusconi we cant compete, have no money to buy players. Guys do you know if there is any rules which would stop Milan from completely dropping Robinho, constant and Essien, dont call them up for games in the hope they will rescind there contracts? RE: Summer Mercato - Gio-mania - 07-11-2014 I can't think of any rules stopping us from just dropping them like that as long as we pay them, at most it'd be stipulated in their respective contracts, which I doubt. But I also doubt that'd we'd do that. Partly because of the whole "family" thing and partly because it's an unwarranted dick move; we willingly offered and signed their contracts. And on top of that, it doesn't seem like these players mind not playing. I think they are fine cashing in their wages. Anyway, the Turkish Essien rumours were wrong. What's more, it looks like we'll be keeping him given Monty's injury. Interestingly though he will be the "alternative to Cristante". http://www.milannews.it/calciomercato-milan/tuttosport-niente-trabzonspor-per-essien-149610 Niang reportedly staying with us. Pippo wants to see what he can do. What I suspect is that we might not even get a right wing forward now. Niang can play the role and yesterday Pippo even mentioned Honda could play in that role (he actually said RWF before left mezzala). http://www.milannews.it/calciomercato-milan/mn-niang-resta-inzaghi-vuole-provarlo-in-ritiro-149583 RE: Summer Mercato - Nalx - 07-11-2014 Galliani took time today to explain his position. He said he was never a Milan employee and as such has no right to severance pay of any kind. He merely was appointed by the shareholders every year (thus implying that they can relieve him of his duty every year). If true why did Berlu let this power struggle, or status quo, or whatever name you call it, between his daughter and his right hand man happen? Why has he been indecisive? |
