I suspect that they set it at 3 and expected an appeal and would reduce it to 2. It wasn't such a big crime after all, and damn those idiots in FIGC.
I still can't believe how Vicinic could always get away with foul mouth but our Ibrahimovic and Balotelli get put under the microscope.
