Mastour links growing. City apparently interested too. I hope we don't sell the kid. What's the point? To make 5mil. Give me a break....

Somehow I don't see Gundogan joining us. Wasn't he the one demanding 10m salary?
I would like to keep Mastour too. It would make little sense to let him go, but I am not sure how the player himself thinks of it. After all, Milan is not known to hold the player against his will. Maybe the young kid lets all the hype go straight to his head? Anyway, I don't really have much to contribute to the discussion but trust that our management will make the decision that is best for the team.

He was demanding 10 mil Xu (according to unconfirmed reports, so not sure if it was true or not)...and he didn't get it. So signed a 1 year extension at Dortmund.

1 year extension at his age does sound fishy. I guess he is still shopping around, or he has sort of agreement with Dortmund to get some transfer fee for the team.
still, he isn't really on my wish list. His injury concerns me. My top wish remains Verratti (not possible), followed by Moutinho (not likely).

Spend the remaining money on the best 2 CDs the money can get and go with it for the season. Ibra, another mid etc can wait for January or next summer if need be.

agree reza, 2 CD is a must now, midfield and ibra can wait, we can even wait to see if ses can fit the midfield or mauri suddenly explode on midfield, where as 2 CD is a must because we just sold rami and didnt extent mexes (although i dont like mexes) if 1 CD coming i hope it will be hummels, hummels and zapata/paleta would be good enough imo.

I see the rumours about Gundogan. For €25 million. The main problem is that a lot of teams offering CL could afford that price. Lots of big clubs have been interested in him earlier. Well, let's see.

Gundogan would be a great signing imo, a player of real quality. If possible, I'd love to get him. My only concern is at this point either the midfield will end up lacking grit to allow for more technical qualities. However, it might not be a problem as Gundogan, Bertolacci and others are pretty well balanced and will win tackles. As I mentioned in the lineup thread Sputnik created, it might appear lightweight in midfield, but they're balanced players and if they play with the right attitude, there's no reason it can't work. Alternatively, you put in the likes of De Jong, but then it seems unlikely you'll have a natural box to box midfielder in the side.
On the latest Ibra rumour, I don't think the club should give up Mastour, it makes no sense to me.
Looks like they're really going to push for Romagnoli, who I really want, but we still need a second CB. This should be the priority right now, then midfield and then maybe Ibra.

Reza and Sylrus, 2CBs would be great obviously, but I wouldn't stop with the midfield. The midfield has been the biggest problem in this team imo. It's the reason why it's painful to watch Milan games. Slow, without creativity, without chances, bad ball movement...hell, we get dominated by mid-low table teams because our midfield stinks and can't break the pressure.
2 CBs + a midfielder is ideal....but I'd settle for 1CB and 1 midfielder.
