Wondering who in the world designed our jersey.I hope it doesn't look as bad as it seems. Definitely not something for the 2011 champions of Serie A though.

Damnit, the jersey is very ugly.

Seedorf: 'No Milan offer, so...'

“There is no clarity on my future. I have not received any contract renewal offer from the club and for that reason I am considering other proposals.

Not me, mate. I really want two from Seedorf, Pirlo, and Ambro to be out next season. Let's not repeat the same mistake in the near past of postponing the rejuvenation process. It's no wonder that the most consistent players for us this season are the younger ones like T. Silva and Abate at defense, or Boateng and Robinho at midfield and attack. And I believe we have enough experienced players in Nesta, Rino, van Bommel, and Pippo.

In this modern football we need to work twice harder in order to remain at where we are today. Chelsea or Munchen comfortably won double domestic cups last season. They added few insignificant changes and look at them now. Okay Chelsea still have a shot if they defeat MU at Old Trafford next week but their performances are awful many times this season. And only days after winning the UCL, Moratti had already talked about balancing the book. I'm not saying that that's not important but deep down I'm glad that this kind of complacency crept in them. And we all witness what happened to them when they felt their squad were just fine.

I hope this stuff about Ganso being a bit expensive is just another trick from Galliani instead of the sign of us of repeating the same mistake.

Oh, and lastly, I'm glad I'm not the one who think our home jersey for next season sucks.

As AC Milan edged nervously towards a 1-0 victory over Bologna on Sunday to move to within a point of their first Serie A title in seven years, Massimiliano Allegri put faith in youngster Giacomo Beretta's ability to help them over the finish line.

In his cameo appearance the 19-year-old won a number of admirers, and his name was even trending on twitter for a short time after the match had ended.

So we decided to ask Goal.com Italy's Milan expert, Simone Gambino, what he thinks of the young starlet and what Beretta could offer the Rossoneri in the seasons to come.

When did you first see Giacomo Beretta in action?

I saw him for the first time in 2009 Fifa U-17 World Cup held in Nigeria. He played against Algeria in the group stage and against the USA and Switzerland in the elimination stage. He scored against the USA with a strike comparable to one you'd see from Filippo Inzaghi.

'BOBONE' BERETTA

He has strength, a great physique, and he is a prolific striker. He is like Vieri in his fearlessness and physical skills.”

- Simone Gambino
What would you say are his best characteristics?

He has strength, a great physique, and he is a prolific striker. Aside from his strength he has very good positional sense in the box. He also has good heading skills. He has had some serious injuries in the past, so his only limit could be his health.

He appears to be quick and fearless and possesses great ball control... some are already comparing him to Christian Vieri. Is that fair?

Yes, it is. He's not really very quick but he has good pace. He is like Vieri in his fearlessness and his physical skills; in fact, one of his nicknames is 'Bobone', even if his most widespread nickname is 'Jack Calibro 9' ('Jack 9-Gauge'), because he is lethal in the box.

Are there more players of Beretta's promise in Milan's youth teams?

Alexander Merkel is the greatest promise of Milan's youth teams, and he has played for the senior squad many times this year and will be an important part of Milan's future. In the Primavera squad the main talents are Simone Verdi (a 'wizard', a fast and technical offensive midfielder), Adria Carmona (formerly of Barcelona, he's a speedy winger), Simone Ganz (Former Milan player Maurizio Ganz's son, he's a striker who acts as Beretta's substitute) and Marco Fossati, an Andrea Pirlo style midfielder, a great passer with interesting ball possession skills.

Milan are in the play-offs ahead of the final phase of the Primavera championships. Will Beretta feature? And do Milan have a chance of winning a Scudetto/Primavera double?

Yes, Milan could win the double but in the Primavera championship there are other strong teams like Genoa, Roma, Atalanta and Juventus. Beretta will be one of the main stars in the final phase if they beat Torino in the play-off. Milan obviously hope his goals will help them to move forward in the competition.

Adriano Galliani confirms Milan are in talks for Paulo Henrique Ganso, “but he’s a bit expensive.”

There has been so much speculation over a deal already done for the Santos star, even though his club claim no official proposal has been made.

Today Rossoneri Vice-President Galliani told Mediaset Premium about their attempts to sign him.

“Ganso is an excellent player and we are interested in him. The only problem is he’s a bit expensive.

“Santos also have another player I like very much, Danilo. I don’t know if Udinese already have a deal for him, but I do like the player.”

The Brazilians are thought to have placed a €25m price-tag on young trequartista Ganso, who has also been linked with Inter.

Berlusconi is about to speak to Milan channel.

My two predictions:

1) With the financial fair play rules coming in, it's crazy to dream of big players. Plus, let's not forget the tax rules in Italy.
2) I think we have quality throughout our team. We only need a couple of players, and I still think Seedorf has many years left in him. Pirlo? I hope he stays.

I hope I'm wrong Big Grin.

No no no, you are wrong. I agree with you, I also like the new kit. It's really something new for me since I never watched Milan in old times. It's unique and eye-catching since no big team nowadays use such old design.
