I haven't been around for the last couple of weeks for personal reasons, though have been reading once in a while and came across the video of Mastour.
I must say Mastour looks hugely talented albeit incomplete (obviously). That said, his ability on the ball was simply incredible (the first goal alone was a moment of genius), to the point he reminded me a lot of Ronaldinho and Zidane with his movement off the left and his tricks. I look forward to seeing more of him.

The talent is definitely there for him; of course we don't lack depressing story of wonderkid never fulfilling their potential. So let's hope for the best.

i just check calvano and albertazzi is at verona now, and only albertazzi that got a single game until this november
is our youth really that poor in talent?

No I don't think they're that bad. Albertazzi for example did quite well with the senior squad in preseason.
You raise a point I intended to post about though. I think it indicates the need to allow B teams quickly in Italy. These players rot on the bench when sent out on loan, even in Serie B and I often get the impression it's mostly to do with the mentality on youth in Italy.
On milannews, there's often regular updates on how young talents are doing on loan etc. and most of them are restricted to no playing time or very little playing time.

Fossati and Rodrigo Ely might be players who are playing pretty regularly with their first team and got some compliments for their performances.
There is also Beretta who seems getting more chance. Etc.
Calvano is pure loan and normally it would be harder to get chance for players with such contract comparing with co-own players.
I agree with B team, it should be done as soon as possible. We could accelerate the development of our best young players by having B team.
Beretta plays in Seri C1 if I am not mistaken. In Serie B there are also Comi, Zigoni, Ferreira, Innocenti, Hottor, De Vito.

Stats of number of games played by our youngsters in Serie B (I only count Serie B games, without Coppa in which some players got some games):
- Fossati: 11 games
- Ely: 10
- Comi: 12
- Zigoni: 9
- Ferreira: 4
- Hottor: 3
- De Vito: 3
- Calvano: 0
- Innocenti: 0
Serie A:
- Romagnoli: 5
- Verdi 2
Prima Divisione (Serie C1):
- Beretta 12

I guess that's good news after all. Of course, a few seasons back, Galliani said the same thing on Albertazzi, and it never happened. So we will have to wait and see.
