I read that Balotelli received a 10K fine for indecent gesture to Curva Nord ultras. Wonder what he did. :d

He wanked towards them (well, he simulated ahah) before going back to the locker room at the end of the game ...
Inter got a 50K fine, and Milan a 10K fine (because of insults against one of the players of Inter, probably Cassano ?), but this fine should be cancelled thanks to the work of the club against violence, etc ... If I'm correct.

"make love, not war". I say that Balotelli should be rewarded instead of getting a fine.

Apparently Balotelli is out for Lazio game because of like a bruised leg or something?
IDK, I remember it being something not very serious. Apparently he missed most training sessions this week. It's not that bad though, let's face it he isn't in the best of conditions and he's got some more work to do before he gets to his best form.. Even if how he's playing now I couldn't ask for more he's a much bigger signing then I thought he would be before he came.. I'm starting to better understand the hype around him, I always rated him but because he didn't play very much at man city I was thinking maybe he was more of a prospect than anything..
But watching full games of Balotelli, he's already a very very complete player IMO I don't see how he could improve so much more even though he's young.. I mean he's a complete player in the sense that he can use both feet, he has a great FK, good shot, good header, good speed, good strength.. He has absolutely everything, those characteristics can always improve but as far as acquiring skills I think he's more or less got it all.
Els on the other hand, while an amazing player and most likely our best player so far this season along with monty he can still improve a lot. For example, his left foot is pretty weak.. If he learned how to shoot better with his left, similar to how Ronaldo can use both feet I really think he could reach Ronaldos level because his shot with his right is amazing, he's limited though somewhat because he can't really drift around and switch sides and cut in and shoot with his left from a distance. But anyways, I'm sure he's already practicing that

Balotelli will likely return next week, I think this is just a precautionary measure.
I don't understand all the fuss of people saying he and El Shaarawy aren't compatible, with Moggi being the latest to say they aren't ideal partners. It's true that Balotelli does take some of the focus from El Shaarawy right now, but that was inevitable when we saw the fanfare that followed the transfer. However, the boys have only played a few matches together so surely it makes sense they're not in sync yet. More importantly, they play different roles in the team, El Shaarawy a wide forward almost winger, while Balotelli is a centre forward. They need to learn each other's movement, but they surely can work together.

for me they're a good match, the problem as ever, lies inbetween balotelli's ears. Balotelli is an awesome talent, the only thing that's stopping him becoming what george weah was to us is his intelligence. when he starts understanding how to use his power and speed to disrupt the opposition and play percentage football el shaarawy will flourish.

It seems like the red and black colors of our shirt transformed Balotelli ...
He never was a great goalscorer.
He never was calm on a pitch.
He never managed to play more than 2 games with continuity (except with the NT).
Since he has arrived, he has scored in all games (except the derby, unfortunately), he has been cool and calm during the games (just once or twice, we saw he could fuck it up, but with the other players around, it seems that works), and he shows grinta, will and of course, his talent each time.
I was happy to welcome him as I thought he could become important for us given the way we play, but I never thought he could become that important !!
Right now, he reminds me Ibra but without the useless moaning and aggressivity towards his own partners. It's a five star transfer for sure.
I expect this player to become the star player he was expected to become some years ago (but with his behaviour, he just slowed down his development) with us during the current and next year ...
PS : Funny to compare both trajectories of Pato and Balotelli ... Both were labelled as the next big thing in football, Pato was a lot more mature than Balo at 18-19 and managed to show his talent on the pitches when Balo was everywhere in the medias, but not for his performances. Then, both slowed down their development (injuries for once, behaviour for the other). And now, Balo seems to be the first one to finally mature. It could be funny, in 2-3 years, if Balo confirms this maturity and Pato stays injury-free, both could finally be the so called "next big thing" everyone expected ... But there is still a long way of games and good performances to have for both of them.

Pato is injured again so...I dont think he is "maturing" in that way anytime soon
