RE: Summer mercato 2015 - xudong - 06-27-2015

I haven't followed him at all with the only exception of EL final that I watched (thinking that we may get their coach), so I won't comment at all. Somehow I am not sure that Bacca is the right person to bring the whole team up a level (like a pivotal point up front) and the €30m price tag seems sharp.

But since I don't really follow any other teams in Italy let alone in Europe, I don't have any names to suggest either. I did think that Jackson Martinez style could fit that role but that ship has sailed (and I don't regret it). What about Christian Benteke? And, can we get him with that amount?

I read that from an earlier post that we bid €15m for Laporte, if we had €30m rumored for Bacca, can't we instead use that amount on the French defender?

Benteke won't cost less than Bacca. But Milan doesn't set then market so everybody from Galliani to fans better accept that.

I wonder if Pjaca would be kept? It wouldn't surprise me if he's loaned out, nor would it necessarily hurt him, especially with Bonaventura, Bertolacci (presumably) and Honda all at the club.

Bertolacci and Bacca seem fairly close to joining. Bertolacci especially seems close, as people from the club are openly talking about it as a good signing. The club seem to have an agreement with Bacca, though yet to negotiate the price with Sevilla. It's being touted that 30m (or less with Rami) could be spent to get him, which imo is pretty high, as I don't think of him as a particularly great player.

Luiz Adriano also seems to be available for 8m according to Lucescu. Not sure if he's a target for the club, but if Bacca's coming and Matri's returning, it seems a little pointless to get him.

From what I read (basically off the other Milan forums, so it may as well be bullshit), Bacca is a poacher, that's why I don't think he is particularly needed because he won't get the support from our midfield. Of course, if Ibrahimovic comes, that would be a different story, still though, I personally would save that 30 million euros on a midfielder or a defender.

Luiz Adriano's contract expires in six months, I think. Galliani probably will ask him to sit it out to save the 8m, like Honda. I really don't want to see Matri back. He is the microcosm of everything that goes wrong with Milan's (mis)management. Facepalm

Bacca ??..only saw some clips from Youtube...seems like Team Player type of Striker..exact opposite of Menez...

30M for 29years old Striker might be to steep..but last season he scored 20+goals and some assists...
and he benched JM in Colombia NT (which majority of people thinks JM is better player than him)

RE: Summer mercato 2015 - Mathias - 06-27-2015

After witsel, bertollaci, kondogbia, ibrahimoovic Aand bacca this is our fifth done deal. I am so happy!

RE: Summer mercato 2015 - Hasan Rossonero - 06-27-2015

Bacca is an excellent player. I watched him a few times. Hard working, modest and Pekerman prefers him over Martinez.

His stats are amazing as well. I think he is a great great purchase.

Google now just got me a link to this article

http://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2015/06/161887/after-he-decided-to-play-for-morocco-milan-to-sell-hachim-mastour/

it basicaly says that because Mastour decided to play for Morocco instead of Italy Milan decided to get rid of him. Apparently we are offering Mastour and 3 million for some Besiktas youngster named Frei?

This better not be true.
