Ravezzani is saying that the 70% majority of the club has already been sold. It's just the official confirmation that's missing, and that will come after the upcoming election. He's usually a reliable source, so I think he's probably right.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was true and Berlu is trying to use the situation for the elections. Either way, if football still does indeed help him in the elections, he'd be better off announcing the sale before the elections.
I'm obviously happy about the sale. I think it's important to have an influx of cash and to be able to drop 60/70/100+ mil a year to fix the squad when necessary. However for me, the most important part is the management. I don't want the same people to stay in charge. They have proven to be incapable of doing the job.....either that, or they simply don't care anymore so they've been doing shady deals with friends for years now. THAT is what needs to change first and foremost. We need forward thinking people. Open minded people. New projects that will move us into the future like a new stadium, etc.

Thanks for sharing Reza. I was wondering if you could share a little on who the author is? Obviously we have a name, but is there any further information on who they are or their background?
Anyway, I want to thank, commend and credit the writer, I actually think the fact that they took the time and effort to detail this is great, I read it fully with great enthusiasm and interest.
On what's written, I agree with a lot of the overall idea. The need for a stadium, youth development and integration, self sufficient transfer strategies and "intergenerational transfer of information" are fundamental ideas that I think need to be put in place.
I do disagree with specifics regarding system and individuals though. I don't see why anyone should limit themselves to 4-3-1-2, especially if the reason is it is Berlusconi's favoured formation (not to say this document explicitly states that, I just don't see any other reasoning). Not to say I'm against us playing 4-3-1-2, but if at the same time it results in us selling possibly our best outfield player in Bonaventura, it serves little purpose unless you get someone who will be a significant upgrade on him in terms of influence and value.
I also look at the transfer policy, specifically the list of names coming in and with all due respect, I see nothing more than a midtable side at best there, a team comparable to what we have now, less talented on an individual level, but probably better suited to a team ethic. Those names simply aren't good enough as far as I can see and I feel it actually shows why we need a cash injection, because working within these limits isn't going to make us significantly better, if better at all.
I'd actually suggest more detail added to the document. How is a stadium of benefit to clubs (e.g. how did it help Juve grow)? How do we integrate youth better into the first team, because it's not like we've not been trying, it's just we've been failing.
Also, how do we translate the correct ethical values into the young players. There's the example of experienced players passing on their values, but it needs a lot more imo, it has to transpire throughout the whole club. For example, if Baresi specifically talks in preseason about how to defend, will it encroach on a coach's idea of how they want the team to play. Also, it's great to have a guy like Cafu mentoring Calabria, but in what capacity or role would he be in at the club? Obviously we can't just hire him to mentor Calabria.
I'd also like to see detail on the tactics, what sort of game plan and approach would we want to see in Milan and how would that be achieved (i.e. there's discussion about transfers, but not coaches). As mentioned before, why build towards 4-3-1-2?
On the individuals, what's the long term goal of the team, because I really don't think that squad would achieve more than at best a Europa League spot. How do we build from there and improve to see growth in the project? Obviously it might be built on a youth project with the goal being that the youth talents are the ones who will eventually get us back to the top, but how will we develop this area of the club to ensure we have the best possible chance of success. I'd even go a step further and suggest that we need detail on a transfer strategy to systematically buy the best young talents in the game for a long term project (e.g. Juve and Bayern being a couple of examples of clubs who do this).
I might appear quite harsh on the document, which if I do then I hope that it's clear I'm not negative on the ideas presented, many (possibly most) of which align to my own about what I want from the club. However, the devil is always in the detail, as presenting ideas is great, but giving thorough explanations on the how and why you would do what you want to do is what will make it a compelling and justifiable argument.
Honestly, I would love to see the author take steps to add more detail to what he's started off with here. It's a good starting point in suggesting a long term scoping project for the club and I think there's potential there for something really impressive to fleshed out.
