It was so embarassing that at one point Venlo's goalie literally banged his head against the post. Ajax "only" scored four more goals after that.

The Eredivisie is weak. That's for sure. But Ajax is very good too. So you have a top team playing in a weak league. Ajax had a very good showing vs Liverpool as well. They were somethat unlucky to lose that game.
