Summer mercato 2012
Allegri just gave an Important Interview on Milan Channel:

Allegri. "If Milan want to sell Ibra? Absolutely not! Ibra is happy at Milan."

Allegri: "Calvano and Innocenti being promoted to the first team? You need to take small steps before joining Milan."

Allegri: "Next season will be important for Pato. The board is working on replacing the players that have left Milan."
Allegri: "Thiago Silva is young and Ibra is 30. They're the 2 champions that Milan can base and plan their future upon."

Allegri: "Berlusconi wants to keep Milan at the highest level. Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva will stay at Milan."

Allegri: "When Ibra is in the box, he is devastaing. Last season he played closer to the box and made 6 assists, this season: 11."

Allegri: "It's normal that when Ibra is not in the box, the trequartista, the other striker or the other players go inside the box."
--> "and when he does that, then he won't get as many injuries."
--> "It's normal that Boateng has suffered many injuries. He has to handle himself better when playing" -->

Allegri: "Boateng's private life? He hasn't played much this year. He has a normal and calm life." -->
--> "I'm the one who is responsible for everything that has happened this season."

Allegri: "Tognaccini is very important to us. He has received a lot of blame, even though it wasn't his fault." -->

Allegri: "Thiago Silva as a full-back? He is good enough to defend on his own against everyone."

Allegri: "Emanuelson still has a lot to learn. He has more troubles when defending. It's important to adapt to the different roles."

Allegri: "Emanuelson can play as a left back and he has done well on several occassions." @Urby28

Allegri: "Boateng will have a great season. I'm sure that he will become an important player on the sides of our 3-man midfield."

Thanks ElMago.

TO me this is clear indication of Trequartista coming, meaning Ganso is close to joining us. It will most probably be direct swap with Robinho.

Next year we might not have the best midfield around, but very competitive one.

Monty,Boa,Flamini,Nocerino,Muntari,Traore,Strootman,Ambro,Aquilani ( ?)all fighting for 3 positions?
No ho visto Superman volare, ma ho visto Super Pippo segnare. I supereroi esistono davvero.
kastriot why are you very happy with Strootman coming? my dutch friends say he is not that good....

alotta rumors last week circulating that Barca, Real, City are bidding for Silva, other rumors saying City + Real will go at it for Ibra... it's been denied by Galliani but who knows what can happen...

I can do with selling Ibra cause he's 31 but he is an incredible player that has done everything for us last year... we will not find a better striker out there. Silva is in his prime and is our next captain, terrible idea to sell him. If we are selling them just for the money, why don't we sell Pato? He's the most useless player in the team and has some market value....we won't need to sell either Ibra or Silva in that case.

Ideally for me, my wishes are Ogbonna, Hernanes and Tevez. I do like Acerbi and Ganso too. I just feel that Hernanes is the one that will take us another level higher in midfield, and Tevez in attack.
Lord Christ 50 Mill ?, WOW I just hope we get ogbonna & if it's not too much to ask I still would like Astori back, we're going to have a great season guys we'll be Re-born !
So happy with us about to sign strootman, SOSO happy. great midfielder and just what we need so versatile and will do great at anchor..

selling thiago silva? 50mln sure its alot of money you can practically rebuild inter with that money, but the point of the matter is..

200mln for messi sounds like good money for him, but can he be replaced no. would that money help barca? Hell no. no matter how many attackers they buy their team will still be downgraded, even if they directly bought ronaldo.

Same situation for silva, allegri said it perfectly, silva can defend on his own (meaning take the back line just him) he's irreplacable. not even kompany, pique, none can match up to him ATM. I'm for buying young defensive talents, had we done this a few years ago however and had faith in a talent to become like silva I'd be all for selling him, but as of now we have noone who can fill his boots and theirs noone in the market that's a certainty at that. I'd sell ibra. he's played every big league except for EPL, I think he'll want that challenge before his career ends so be it, 30mln for a 31 year old is good business even if he is the best striker around right now, a direct replacement would be cavani

After all the negativity about this upcoming transfer market, I'm so happy. I know us as fans get upset when we dont sign players, but Galliani did say, and stayed strict to this rule that when a player or "champion" leaves another will come.. now we're making so many great market investments..

Traore
Montolivo
Gabriel(GK)
Acerbi(almost done)
Ogbonna(If rumours to be believed a deal will be put in place soon)
Ganso(in negotiations)
Balotelli or dzeko(Possible, if ibra leaves.)
Tevez, I'm 90% sure we'll go for him again this summer, a deal might not work out but im positive it'll be tried.
Hernanes or Sahin, heated links but nothing concrete yet, given our relationship with real Sahin is a possibility, and Hernanes wouldn't reject coming to us.
Strootman ,deal should be done within the week.

And finally, probably the best gamble ever, Genoa is set to make an offer of just under 10mln euros for the signature of Giuseppe Rossi.. I'm sure he'll regain form, seeing as hes young and he's trying his best.
If he preforms in Genoa, and good enough im certain he'll be our player, any Genoa player I can guarentee you can be ours anytime we want, something fishy going on between us but I like how we do business with them. Anyhow, good way for him to recover and great way to get a cut-price rossi back in form.

I'm looking forward to a great transfer market.(If silva stays)

NOW WERE TALKING

50M lol.. and we will get worse. And we will lose money by not making Champions League, and he won't be replaced. What is the point of that? He is the best Defender in the World why would we sell him? Same year Nesta is gone? NExt year Acerbi-Mexes DevilolDevilolDevilol

If Silva leaves, Ibra is gone too. No one will want to come here.

Please Berlusconi, sell the club to someone who wants to win....

yes silva is irreplaceable, as none defender in the world this time that can be compared to him right now
but defense isnt about a single person, its about the whole defense working as a unit to make a wall that cant be penetrated by the enemy
and no to Acerbi-Mexes, i prefer Acerbi-Astori or insert ogbonna to change between them
with 50m we could spend 30m for astori, acerbi and ogbonna
i would rather buy 1 of acerbi astori and ogbonna and keep silva definitely.. as all 3 of those defenders are just potentials, if we were to sell silva unless we'd want our defense to be a disaster(with nesta gone, and in this scenario silva leaving to) we'd need an instant super star, maybe Kompany, pique, vidic (none are as good as silva) i think selling silva would be just plain stupid. im for selling ibra.

as far as silva goes, im not concerned about him leaving as of right now.. when kaka and sheva left it was for different reasons, we were in a financial crisis, calciopoli was just hitting us and especially juventus, and we never got a concret "Kaka is not leaving" from berlu, galliani nor our coach.. it was always up in the air, only kaka himself said he's happy at milan and didnt want to move, it didnt mean he didnt have to. these are two very different scenarios

Also vertonghen, CB for ajax, also i think their captain (25 years old) is likely to move to tottenham, although he said he could never say no to a move to milan if they called him, also he was named best player of the eredivisie (dutch league) for this season. can also play LB or defensive midfield. known for attacking qualities in joining the attack

Good news if the correct interpretation is that we get the trequartista that will be required to replace Boateng....as I wouldn't mind a specialist player for that role.

It could be that Robinho or Cassano will drop into that slot, and another striker to replace Pippo could be the purchase actually made.

On my wish list Hernanes would feature, not so sure about Ganso anymore though, having seen the dynamism Allegri requires of his team, don't think he has the pace to be a consideration....but that's just my opinion.

As for the possible departures of Silva and Ibra.....I don't think we should sell Silva, but for "stupid money"...I wouldn't blame management for selling either of them.

Both would be difficult to replace....but not impossible....it just sends the message that maybe we aren't able to keep up with the big boys anymore...yet if Silva is £50M and Ibra for £20M....that's an awful lot of money to go to market with...and in a "transition" year, could be the best time so to do.

Silly Season....ah can't you just smell it in the air? Big Grin
I LOVE MILAN
