Piatek doesn't build up play. He needs to be in the box like Pippo. He is in bad form, but his goals last year show he is quality. I just don't understand why we aren't playing 2 men forward recreating his Genoa set up with Kouame where he was best. I think Leao would be excellent for this role as he doesn't have to finish and can take defenders pulling them wide opening up space. Also Leao is physically more imposing for long balls. He does appear non-chalant but product is more important than body language. At this point, no one is producing. Also this set up may help Rebic who looks like he played this role as well as behind two forwards at Frankfort. 

If we keep up the 433 with one winger (Suso or Castellejo), we will remain forcing players into roles they are not used to.

Yup this is the most common sense solution imho
