This team is NOT built for a 433. There is only 1 player here that's suited to that formation and it's Suso....who by the way is playing like shit in this formation.
Kessie-Biglia-Hakan midfield has failed time and time again. But hey, why not. Let's try it one more time. IF WE BANG OUR HEAD ON THE WALL ENOUGH TIMES, THE WALL WILL EVENTUALLY FALL! I guess this is Giampaolo's mentality.
Problems all around the field. I don't know where to start.
1) slow passing...as always
2) close to no movement ahead of the ball. Whatever movement is there, it is rigid and mechanical. Nobody will leave their position/side
3) pressing is equal to 15 year old kids playing. It comes slow, with no intensity
4) defense is scared shitless to press up and close the space
5) way too spread out in possession. Very few short options on the ball
6) every attack goes to the right, ends in Suso's feet who just cuts left and puts the ball in the box
7) going further from #6, we only have 2 players in the box at most. Piatek and Bonaventura, maybe. Forget about Hakan and/or Kessie getting in there. Embarrassing tactic
