Not terrible. Selling Suso for 40m + Donnarumma for around 60 would be 140m budget right there.

I'm always hesitant to believe budget numbers. Not sure who in their right mind would leak this kind of an information....but anyway, it's silly season. Also, what about balancing the books?

I agree though. If this is true, then 40m gets you Sensi and Tonali. Then the rest from any sales can get us a good SS and another CM (since rumors are we are moving to a diamond midfield). 
From there on, anyone out can be replaced with a like-for-like player (example: RR out, LB in).

Agreed, same way we speculate about player transfers we can speculate about budget. I mean I think given FFP's regulations and that we're technically a Europa League team again, 40m sounds about right. Most teams playing Europa don't/cannot invest much more than that without player sales.

With that being said, I think we have a lot of pieces we can shuffle to make this team much better for next season.
