Well, who in Inter will make Milan a stronger team?
Racchonnia and Silvestre better than Bonera and Zaccardo, while pretty much the same as Zapata and Mexes.
Nagatomo is better than Antonini.
How will that improve Milan? If Juve and Milan merge, then it is a different story.
Or maybe from now on, the CL should just be a team of players in the league playing against each other.

Don't understand Raiola's logic really. Yes, merging the two clubs would pool the resources together, but there would be major overhead increases, many staff will lose their job (about half), the fans of the sides would surely not be happy and the club would lose many fans and all this is just scratching the surface.
To be honest, his idea's stupid.

And also, what is football without rivalries? We need a local rival like Inter, I think it's one of the most important things to make football even more interesting. We can't all be friends.
