It seems the young Spanish didn't pass the medical tests ... That means the transfer is blocked now.

Is Valencia doing us what we did with Cissokho ? Big Grin

PS : Conte suspended for 3 months ? If that's the case, we won't be the only club to have some "hard times" (for different reasons obviously) ...

But i thought Didac's teeth were in place unlike Cissokhos. I wonder what they discovered now. If Didac is to return to Milan then i strongly feel he should be given an opportunity.

He's just turned 23. However, I wouldn't say he's unknown, as I've been hearing really great things about Rolin over the past year amongst many journalists who follow South American football and he sounds like a massive talent. Unfortunately I didn't really see much of Uruguay in the Olympics to get any ideas about him, plus they were really bad anyway.

I did see his name linked to us the other day at Milannews, which is why I presume Elmago asked about him. Also, you'll be disappointed to hear that we've also been linked to Bruno Uvini in the past few weeks.
Thanks for the info on Rolin....

I never heard of this guy until yesterday... and nowadays in Brazil, any south american playing anything near good, automatically get the attention of Brazilian clubs and media purchase wise. It´s nothing definitive, but I find strange the lack of hype about him in Brazil. Uruguay has a gem that I hope we keep an eye, but is a under-20 CB... Anyway, I will try to catch anything about this Rolin guy.

Btw, the journalist is Vickery? Like I said before, I really like his column in BBC(like the last one) and his segment in a Brazilian TV, but in the majority of the time I completely disagree with his judgement of players. The only time I agreed with Tim was in his Ganso evaluation... and he did it against all the media frenzy in Brazil. Now, Vickery is being proved right...

Regarding Bruno Uvini, I hope it´s not a serious link but just a fabricated rumor because of Milan/Brazil link. If he wasn´t a product of Sao Paulo academy, there´s no way he would be in Brazil NT, and much less linked to Milan. Roque Junior situation all over again if true...

Well, if we'll win the Champions League with Bruno Uvini in our team like we did with Roque Junior I'd say sign him! Hell, Roque Junior even won the World Cup with Brazil and Copa Libertadores with Palmeiras. He's a champion and a legend! Devilol

This link is a column with inside information of the recent meeting(yesterday) between Sao Paulo president and Marco Branca, where Inter director did a formal proposal(25 millions reais) for Lucas... promptly denied!

Appears not to be directly Milan related, but is... Branca painted some serious and disturbing scenarios for Serie A in a conversation with Sao Paulo president. Little ime here but with google translate you guys can read. Any doubt just ask me...

Some quotes:
Quote:The conversation progressed. The president of Sao Paulo asked the director of the Inter esporivo on the crisis in Italy. He asked if there is a light in sight and not heard an answer. Marco Branca does not see the end of the dark period of European football, and Italian in particular. Therefore, Branca responded to Juvenal, Inter is getting rid of their most expensive players.

Quote:Did not renew with Lucio, gave up Forlan, offered to Palmeiras goalkeeper Julio Cesar and can negotiate with Tottenham, is unwilling to continue with Maicon.

The reaction of Marco Branca's with the refusal of Sao Paulo to negotiate Lucas was the same as many Brazilian fans in recent times, with the permanence of several players here: fright.
Branca stated that he was alarmed at the way clubs in Brazil, like São Paulo and Santos, have kept players.

If Inter, with a new investor is so weak(mercato-wise), I´m afraid we will have a rough season.

RE: Summer mercato 2012 - ACMILAN1983 - 08-02-2012

For anyone interested, Braida has said the Kaka deal is in standy, while the Mbiwa deal has slowed down, but is ongoing, as well as dismissing any sort of friction with the "Kojak" comment, saying it's part of the game.

lol, Tim Vickery is one of the journalists that has praised him heavily, but I will say not the only one. A number of journalists have generally been very positive about him. I must admit that I've never really seen him.

About Bruno Uvini, I only saw one link to him lol, so nothing serious as far as I'm aware.

Really doubt it. He would not be sold in the first place; and things won't change. We will just try to find another team for him.

If you want to know about Uvini's skills, just look at the goals from recent Brazil - Argentina match.

He's beyond horrible.

RE: Summer mercato 2012 - LebRN - 08-02-2012

Latest link on milannews is for Giuseppe Rossi.
It is being reported in Spain that we offered 6Mio + bonuses while Villarreal are asking for 11Mio.
Great link as far as I'm concerned and sure hope we sign him even if for 11Mio.
I seem to remember that he confessed he was a Milan fan in the past no?
